Product details

Vertical water-fire tube heat exchange design,fast heating, saturated steam within 5-8 minutes,The intelligent electric control system realizes automatic pressure and temperature regulation to ensure continuous and even steam supply for drying, cooking, curing and other processes.

Equipped with secondary full combustion system, it can stably burn various biomass fuels including wood pellets, sawdust, firewood and straw. Wide fuel availability and sufficient combustion reduce fuel consumption, greatly lowering long-term operating costs.

It is fitted with automatic feeding and automatic ash & slag removal devices, which greatly cut labor requirements, simplify daily operation and adapt to long-time continuous operation in factories.

Multiple interlock safety protections against water shortage, overpressure and flameout are integrated to trigger shutdown and alarm in abnormal conditions. Thickened furnace and heating surfaces resist high-temperature corrosion and extend service life.

Complete flue gas combustion achieves low smoke emission, meeting environmental regulations of most countries. The modular integrated machine supports customization on working pressure, power voltage and other parameters to match industrial standards in different regions.

Widely applicable to food processing, feed production, wood drying, printing & dyeing, building material curing, grain & oil pressing and other industries. Every unit undergoes pressure test before shipment with complete documents. Remote technical guidance and regular spare parts supply are available.
