Highlights at a glance

  • Clean dry stable compressed air is the lifeblood of laser cutting quality. Any trace of moisture, oil mist or pressure fluctuation in the air supply can cause lens fogging, oxidized cut edges, inconsistent cutting speed, increased assist gas consumption and even permanent damage to expensive laser optics. This compressor is specifically engineered to meet the demanding requirements of fiber laser cutting machines, CO2 laser cutters, laser engravers and laser marking equipment from all major brands. The integrated refrigerated air dryer achieves a pressure dew point of plus 2 to 5 degrees Celsius, effectively removing condensate before it can reach the laser cutting head. The built in multi stage filtration system, typically including a water separator, high efficiency coalescing filter removing oil aerosols and particulates down to 0.01 micron, and an activated carbon filter for vapor removal, ensures the compressed air delivered to your laser equipment meets or exceeds manufacturer specifications for air quality.
