Features

This equipment is a hemispherical stainless steel pot formed by one-step stamping.

All food contact parts are made of S30408 stainless steel and polished to ensure the smoothness of the pot body, and the agitator and the pot body have a high degree of adhesion to avoid the phenomenon of pot sticking.

Using steam or electric heating method of heat transfer oil, The heat transfer oil is heated by steam or electric heating tube to generate heat.

It has a large heating area, high thermal efficiency, uniform heating, easy control of the heating temperature, etc. to realize the non-integer transmission ratio of the revolution and rotation of the stirrer, so that there is no dead corner in the pot.

It is widely used in processing of candy, dairy products, wine, pastries, preserves, beverages, canned food, lo-mei, etc. It can also be used in large-scale restaurants or canteens to boil soup, cook, stew, and porridge.
