  • The reverse circulation multi-functional drilling rigis a new type of high-efficiency, environmentally friendly, and multi-functional crawler-type drilling rig. It adopts the latest imported RC drilling technology. Drilling dust can be effectively collected by a dust collector, avoiding environmental pollution. Slag can also be collected by a cyclone separator and used for sampling and analysis by geological exploration departments. It is the preferred equipment for geological exploration boreholes and other deep holes.
  • RC drilling rig can perform compressed air reverse circulation down-the-hole drilling invarious strata. All actions of the drilling rig,including drill frame lifting, drill frame compensation, drill rod connection and disconnection, rotation and feed, outriggers, winch, and travel, are achieved by a hydraulic system, significantly reducing labor intensity and improving construction efficiency and project quality.
  • Ground Contact Rigidity: During drilling operations, the drill frame can make contact with the ground through the extension and retraction of the compensation cylinder, enhancing the rigidity of the drill frame and ensuring the stability of the drilling rig.
  • Thread-Saving Slide Plate: The compensation-type slide plate self-protects the drill pipe threads, extending the service life of the drill pipes.
  • Quick Make/Break System: The combination of the drill pipe elevator and hydraulic wrench ensures safe, convenient, and quick connection and disconnection of drill pipes, reducing labor intensity and improving operational efficiency.
  • Precise Hole Centralization: The unique drill tool centralizer, aided by a level gauge,ensures precise hole initiation. It opens/closes smoothly for easy use; its modular clamps adjust to perfectly match drill tools.
  • Self-Cleaning Air Pre-Filter: Featuring a patented air pre-filter that removes >90% of intake dust and auto-ejects it-no cleaning needed. Reduces engine wear, extends life, boosts efficiency, ideal for harsh conditions.
  • Oil Mist Lubrication: Custom oil mist injector in the air system extends impactor life.
  • Wear-Resistant Roller Slideway: Roller slideway is wear-resistant and long-lasting.
