  • The equipment is mainly composed of frame, CNC punched drum, spiral guide bar, water tank, motor, reducer and control system. When working, raw materials are evenly sent into the drum by the feeding device, the motor drives the drum to rotate at a constant speed through the reducer, the raw materials make circular motion in the drum, and move slowly to the discharge outlet under the push of the spiral guide bar.
  • The equipment adopts multi-stage countercurrent scouring and drum friction technology, no additional sand removal equipment is needed, reducing equipment investment and process flow, with significant raw material purification effect, effectively protecting subsequent crushers, separators and other equipment from sediment wear, extending the service life of the whole
  • The whole machine adopts energy-saving design, water and power consumption is lower than traditional equipment, suitable for large-scale processing in cassava main producing areas such as Africa, Southeast Asia and South America.
  • Support full parameter customization of size, power and capacity, adapting to exclusive working conditions
