    Yes. We work with SS304, SS316, SS316L, and duplex stainless steel (2205) for chemical plants, offshore platforms, food-grade applications, and marine environments. Separate tooling and work areas prevent carbon steel contamination.

    We can fabricate bases up to 12m * 4m in a single piece in our workshop. Larger structures can be designed as bolted modular sections for transport. We handle break-bulk, flat-rack, and open-top container shipping.

    We use controlled welding sequences, pre-set distortion allowance, temporary bracing, and post-weld straightening (flame or mechanical) as needed. Critical mounting surfaces are CNC machined AFTER welding and stress relief to ensure flatness.

    We accept single-piece trial orders for new customers. For production runs, MOQ is flexible and discussed case by case. We value long term partnerships over minimum quantity requirements.

    Typical lead time is 25 to 40 days after drawing approval and deposit receipt. Urgent orders can be expedited with an agreed timeline. We provide a production schedule with milestone dates after order confirmation.
