Simple operation and maintenance: The hydraulic maintenance device allows the grinding rollers to be easily flipped out of the machine, making roller sleeve replacement and maintenance quick and easy.

High efficiency and energy saving: The grinding rollers and grinding discs are made of special materials, and the roller sleeves can be flipped for reuse, resulting in a long service life. Based on years of production experience, the roller conveyor structure has been continuously optimized, improving output and production efficiency. Equipped with a hydraulic loading system, the grinding pressure can be flexibly adjusted according to changes in grindability, resulting in high efficiency and energy saving.

High product purity: The limiting device ensures that the grinding disc and grinding rollers do not directly contact each other during operation, resulting in extremely low iron content in the product. The unit product wear is generally no higher than 10g/t, and the mechanical wear iron is easily removed, effectively ensuring the whiteness and purity of the material.

Standard complete configuration: Vertical mill main unit, variable frequency classifier, main reducer, hot air system, circulating fan, pulse dust collector, airlock unloader, feeding device, electrical control system, and complete set of duct supports. Optional additions: elevator, silo, drying system, automated PLC control cabinet, and online monitoring system.

1. Adjust the classifier speed: increasing speed results in finer particles, decreasing speed increases output; 2. Adjust the fan airflow: high airflow increases output but results in coarser particles, low airflow refines particles but reduces output; 3. Adjust the grinding roller pressure: higher hydraulic pressure results in more thorough grinding and higher output; 4. Controlling the feed particle size and moisture content to ensure a stable material layer is key to stable production.

1. Grinding roller sleeves and grinding disc liners: Core wear-resistant components, made of high-manganese alloy, 8-18 months under normal operating conditions; 2. Air classifier blades and fan blades: 10-14 months; 3. Seals, oil seals, and hydraulic fittings: 6-12 months; 4. Duct wear-resistant liners and elbow wear-resistant plates: Approximately 1 year
