  • No Electronic Components Means No Obsolescence Risk The crusher has no sensors, no circuit boards, no software, and no proprietary electronic parts that could be discontinued by the manufacturer. Mechanical parts are standard and have been available for decades. The machine will still be serviceable long after electronic systems in other equipment become obsolete.
  • Lower Purchase Price Leaves Budget for Other Plant Equipment Because the spring design costs less than hydraulic cone crushers of similar capacity, the money saved can go toward a better screen, a larger conveyor, or a second truck for material handling. The lower upfront cost improves the overall project economics.
  • Standalone Operation Without Connection to a Central Control System The crusher runs independently with its own motor starter. It does not need to communicate with a plant-wide PLC, does not require network cabling, and does not depend on a control room operator. This makes it suitable for small operations with basic electrical setups.
  • Spring Replacement Performed One at a Time Without Downtime If a single spring cracks or loses tension, the other springs continue holding the bowl in position. The failed spring is replaced during the next scheduled maintenance without stopping production early. The job takes one mechanic with hand tools.

    We can quote EXW, FOB or CIF prices. 13% VAT invoices are available for standard export tax rebate procedures.

    one unit minimum order for standalone machines. In-stock items ship within two days; customized production lines take seven-twenty working days for manufacturing.

    Full set of customs declaration documents supplied. We can issue CO, FORM E certificates of origin and English inspection reports as required.

    Equipment voltage can be adjusted to match global standards. We support CE, GOST and other international certifications, and modify machine parameters upon request.

    Complete machines are anti-rust packed in wooden frames. We assist in arranging special sea containers and calculate full logistics costs accurately.

    T/T telegraphic transfer and L/C letters of credit are acceptable. Formal commercial PI contracts will be signed for all orders.

    1.5-year warranty for complete machines. Original spare parts are permanently available, and we provide remote video guidance for installation & commissioning.
