    In fact, we mainly use HDPE, and can also provide customized solutions with PP or PE according to your product requirements.

    The electrical system adopts SIEMENS control system, which ensures stable and reliable performance during long-term operation.

    Most of our machines are customized. Our goal is efficiency and stable performance. We design the machines according to customers' products to meet customers' needs.

    Firstly, our engineer will help you to diagnose the problem via online guidance. If any parts damaged during the warranty period, we will send the parts to you for replacement. If you can not fix the problem by replacing the new parts, we will send an engineer to your factory to help fix the machine.

    For customized machine, it takes about 4-6 months after deposit. For stock machine, fast shipment. ( The actual production cycle will vary according to the degree of customization.)

    English operation manuals and operation videos are provided for simple machines, accompanied by online guidance and engineer training for convenient machine installation. For sophisticated machines, we may arrange on-site engineer service for installation and training; all engineer-related costs including salary, visa fees, round-trip tickets and accommodation shall be paid by the buyer.

    Our machines adopt advanced energy-efficient technology and optimized structural design, featuring low power consumption and high efficiency.
