  • 2.5-Side Spraying with IWATA Precision: Reciprocating spray system with IWATA spray gun delivers uniform coverage on flat and embossed surfaces, capable of spraying 5 sides of a workpiece in a single pass. Supports UV, PU, PE, and water-based coatings with 70%-75% paint transfer efficiency and built-in mist recovery system for reduced waste and environmental compliance.
  • 3.Quality Brand Components Throughout: INOVANCE PLC and servo motors, NSK TR bearings, and Black Stone/Bangyu UV curing lamps ensure reliable automated production. Optional upgrades to Siemens PLC, Yaskawa servo motors, Graco spray gun, and SKF bearings available for demanding production environments.
  • 4.Engineered for Hot and Harsh Climates: Spray booth and electrical cabinet rated for ambient temperatures up to 45°C as standard, with industrial cooling fans and IP-rated dust protection. Optional cooling air conditioning extends operating range from -5°C to 50°C, ensuring reliable performance in Middle East and other hot climate regions.
