Product details

The integrated design is the second big advantage. The dryer and the filtration system are built into the compressor package, so there is no separate dryer to buy, no separate filter housing to install and no long pipe runs where moisture can condense between the compressor and the laser. The machine arrives complete, connects to your electrical supply and compressed air line, and starts producing clean air immediately. This saves floor space in your workshop, reduces installation time and eliminates the compatibility problems that come from mixing components of different brands and ratings. One integrated unit, one power connection, one air outlet and one responsibility for the quality of the air.

Stable pressure completes the picture. Laser cutting requires a steady air flow at the cutting head, because pressure fluctuation changes the assist gas behavior and disturbs the cut. The compressor is engineered to hold stable discharge pressure under the varying demand of the laser process, so the cutting head always receives a consistent flow of clean, dry air. This stability keeps the cut speed uniform, keeps the kerf width constant and reduces the amount of assist gas consumed, which lowers the operating cost of every job. For a workshop that runs laser equipment all day, the saving in assist gas alone is significant over a year of production.
