  • The gases gasification and filling station system is used widely in the Industrial gas field and play a important role for the Industrial development. Our system includes the design, equipment manufacturing,Inspection, Installation Commissioning and after-sale service. A Gases gasification & fillling system: The filling system mainly includes: Cryogenic liquid storage tank, Cryogenic pump, frequency control cabinet, pump control cabinet, Vaporizer, buffer system, matrix filling rack, water bath heater, filling valve skid, vacuum pump, HMI, filling control cabinet, pump control cabinet etc.
  • 1. Liquid Gas tanks: Cryogenic Tanks Technical parameters： Cryogenic tank volume：30m3, 50m3, 100m3, and customized as the specific project requirement Cryogenic working pressure：0.8-1.6Mpa[LIN/LAr/O2] and 2.2-2.4Mpa[CO2] 99.999%[LIN/LAr] and 99.5%[LO2/CO2]， Pressure & level monitoring.
  • 2. Cryogenic Pumps: Feeding pump capacity for N2: 500 Nm3/h, Ar: 500 Nm3/h, O2: 500 Nm3/h; Filling Pump flow - 11L/ min. CO2 Cryogenic Pump Feeding pump capacity CO2: 250/500 (dual speed) Nm3/h All the flow will be customized as the specific project requirement.
  • 3. AMBIENT AIR VAPORIZERS: Ambient Air vaporizers with aluminium finned outer tubes and high strength stainless steel inner tubes for gas vaporization through ambient air heat exchange. Available in different sizes and flow capacity for pressure up to 500 bar
  • 4. ELECTRICAL TRIMHEATERS: Electric trimheaters with power up to 90kW to warm up the gas. Available in different sizes for pressure up to 420bar.
  • 5. Control panels (Valve Control Skid)： Available in two different execution: 5.1 Buffer control system can storage the compressed gas and be used directly when filling 5.2 Filling valve skid: O2,N2,Ar,CO2 Mixture and protection in terms of temperature and pressure etc, the technical parameter: 1) Design pressure：150 bar, 200 bar, 300 bar 380 bar 2) Filling pressure：300 barg/ 200 barg/ 150barg. 3) Filling Gas: O2, N2, Argon, CO2 4) Oxygen compatibility：Yes 5) Vacuum pump：100Nm3/H to be designed as the needs.6) Dimension of valve skid：Suitbable for contrainer' size. 7) Valve：Mtech/butech, and owned brand.
  • 6. GAS FILLING EQUIPMENT: The filling racks can fill batches of 8, 10, 12 or 16 bottles. The filling racks are composed of: * An aluminum structure * A tray supporting the flexible hoses or the lyres (adapted to different cylinder heights) * A safety cage to protect the operator
  • 7. Liquid Filling system: Complete skid with all valves and instruments to fill cylinders in total safety with the highest accuracy. supplies single gas, double mono gas or mixture filling systems and filling skid equipment are CTE or BAM approved for O2 filling and ATEX approved for explosive gases.
  • 8. PLC Control system: PLC system can monitor and control all modules of the cylinder filling stations with integrated secured processes to reduce human errors. All operator panels are user friendly with high quality touch screen. PLC control systems are available with remote access for a total peace of mind.
