The machine features a highly integrated design, housing an Oil-free Air Compressor, gas cooler, and multi-stage precision filters in one compact unit. The pre-air purification unit efficiently removes moisture and impurities to protect the Molecular Sieve Bed, extending the overall service life. Simply power on the device to start immediate oxygen production.

Equipped with a complete built-in Booster System, including a booster pump, buffer gas tank, and pressure switch. This ensures the output oxygen pressure remains stable between 0.2-0.7MPa. The consistent pressure supply makes it ideal for various industrial applications, including high-pressure aeration and specialized gas-fed equipment.

Featuring a smart Automatic Control System, the equipment monitors pressure levels in real-time. The system automatically stops when the target pressure is reached and restarts when pressure drops to the lower limit. This allows for Unmanned Operation, providing a reliable and continuous oxygen flow while optimizing energy consumption.

Housed in a robust Stainless Steel Cabinet, the highly integrated structure is designed for easy maintenance and 24/7 continuous duty. It is the preferred choice for Aquaculture (to boost dissolved oxygen), Industrial Water Purification, and advanced oxidation processes. Its durability ensures reliable performance in harsh industrial environments.
