Integrated Washing and Drying Solution for Dual-Category Processing: Firm Produce + Delicate Greens This turnkey washing and drying system combines a High-Capacity Air Bubble Washer with a Variable-Speed Centrifugal Spin Dryer.

Air Bubble Washing: High-pressure blowers generate millions of fine bubbles through the water column. Produce travels on a variable-speed mesh conveyor through the bubble zone, where the gentle but thorough scrubbing action dislodges soil, sand, and surface contaminants. An integrated overhead spray bar at the discharge end delivers a final fresh-water rinse.

Centrifugal Spin Drying: Washed produce transfers into the centrifugal dryer's perforated stainless steel basket. High-speed rotation generates centrifugal force that drives surface water through the basket perforations and out the drain.

Yes. and this is the core engineering achievement of this system. The air bubble washer works on all product types without reconfiguration because the cleaning action (bubbles + water) is product-agnostic. The centrifugal dryer handles different products via its variable-speed drive - simply select the preset for your product, and the machine adjusts RPM and cycle time automatically. Between product changeovers, a 15-20 minute wash-down of both machines prevents cross-contamination. Our clients

The target for salad greens is not "bone dry". that would require excessive spin speed that damages leaves. The goal is "packaging-ready moisture level": surface water is removed to the point where leaves feel cool and slightly damp to the touch but do not drip or pool water in the bag. This is the sweet spot that maximizes shelf life (typically 7-10 days refrigerated) while maintaining leaf integrity and crispness.
