2. Lithium Molecular Sieve PSA Separation The PSA oxygen generator uses high-performance lithium molecular sieve as its core adsorbent. Compressed air is filtered and cooled to reduce oil, dust and moisture before entering the molecular sieve bed. Under pressure, the sieve selectively adsorbs nitrogen while oxygen is enriched and delivered as product gas.
3. Automatic Adsorption and Regeneration When the molecular sieve reaches adsorption saturation, pressure is reduced to release adsorbed nitrogen and regenerate the bed. PCB-controlled automatic switching enables alternating pressurized adsorption and depressurized regeneration between towers, helping maintain continuous and stable oxygen output.
4. Integrated Air Treatment Components The built-in compressor, filtration and cooling components condition the feed air before PSA separation. This coordinated process supports the operating environment required by the oxygen concentrator and molecular sieve bed, while the compact structure simplifies equipment integration.
5.
