The working principle of the rock splitting machine is mainly to use the ultra-high pressure oil output from the hydraulic power station to drive the oil cylinder to generate a huge driving force, and through mechanical amplification, the split object is split in the predetermined direction. ‌‌

The rock splitting machine mainly consists of two parts: a hydraulic power station and a splitting gun. The ultra-high pressure oil output from the hydraulic power station drives the oil cylinder to generate a huge pushing force. After mechanical amplification, this pushing force drives the middle wedge block in the wedge block group to extend forward, spreading the reverse wedge block to both sides, thereby generating a huge splitting force on the object being split. The specific implementation steps include drilling a hole of a specific diameter and depth on the object being split, inserting the wedge block group of the hydraulic splitting machine into the hole, and through the action of hydraulic pressure, the middle wedge block moves forward between the two reverse wedges, releasing great energy from the inside out, causing the split object to crack in the predetermined direction within a few seconds.
