The main body part of the rotary dryer is mainly composed of a cylinder body, front roller ring, rear roller ring, gear, stop roller: drag roller, pinion, discharge part, lifting plate, reducer, motor, hot air duct, feed chute, furnace body and other parts. When it is drying, when the bottom temperature of the rotary dryer equipment reaches 400C-800C, the material is fed from the feeding port by the hoist, and is dispersed and broken under the action of gravity. The dispersion device is distributed inside the rotary dryer (ensures the heat exchange effect of the material inside the dryer). The hot gas is generated by the lower hot air furnace, moving from bottom to top, in contact with the material, and transfer heat to the material through various means such as heat conduction, convection, radiation, etc., so that the material temperature continues to rise and the moisture is constantly evaporated. Materials that meet the moisture requirements are unloaded from the lower outlet, and the gas with water vapor is drawn out by the fan from the chimney.
