The device features a fully automatic AC 0-450V linear voltage regulation system with ±3% output accuracy and three-phase unbalance below 5.0V. It includes 420V overvoltage protection, surge protection, and overload protection. The AC 0-450V linear control module, with intelligent three-phase meter displaying voltage, current, power, and power factor, supports advanced experiments such as harmonic suppression and reactive power compensation.

The system includes complete plug-in modules covering power electronic devices, rectification, inversion, chopping, voltage regulation, and drive protection. Dozens of experiments can be performed, including single-phase/three-phase controlled rectification, DC chopping (six basic circuits), SPWM inversion, and AC voltage regulation. Modules use EK plug-in tool-free mounting, allowing easy curriculum expansion and equipment upgrades.

The system includes IGBT (with EXB841 integrated driver, overcurrent protection, optocoupler isolation), PWM generator, SG3525 driver, and SPWM bipolar inverter modules. It supports full-control device characterization, driver circuit research, and AC-DC-AC variable frequency experiments with adjustable output from 10-400Hz, meeting modern power electronics curriculum requirements for full-control devices.

Multiple load modules including inductive (50-700mH adjustable), capacitive, and resistive (1.8Ω-2kΩ four-step adjustable) are provided, along with three AC/DC 600V digital measurement modules (class 1.0 accuracy). These enable realistic simulation of rectification, inversion, and chopping circuit waveforms under varying load conditions. All 4mm safety sockets and isolated measurements ensure experimental safety.
