Core structure: Precision design ensures efficient operation (I) Grinding system The grinding system is the core component of the stainless steel grain mill, and its performance directly determines the efficiency and quality of the grinding. The WSB series uses high-precision stainless steel grinding blades or grinding discs, which generate strong shearing and impact forces through high-speed rotation to quickly crush the materials. The blades are forged using a special process, with high hardness and strong wear resistance, and can easily cope with all kinds of hard materials. The grinding chamber designs of different models are different to adapt to different production capacity requirements. For example, the WSB-200 grinding chamber has a relatively small volume, which is suitable for small-scale production; while the WSB-600 grinding chamber has been optimized and expanded, and with a larger size of grinding parts, it can process more materials per unit time, ensuring that the production capacity is increased while maintaining the grinding accuracy. (II) Power system The power system provides stable and strong power support for the grinding process. The spindle speed of the WSB series mill is maintained at 4200/min. At the same time, different models are equipped with motors of corresponding power according to production capacity. WSB-200 is equipped with a 2.2 kW motor, while WSB-600 uses a 15 kW high-power motor. Performance parameters: Multi-dimensional display of equipment strength (I) Capacity Capacity is one of the key indicators to measure the performance of a grinding mill. The capacity of each model in the WSB series varies significantly.
