What is Wet Ball Mill?
The wet ball mill is mainly composed of the feeding part, the discharging part, the rotating part, the transmission part (including the reducer, the small transmission gear, the motor, and the electronic control). Among them, the hollow shaft is made of cast steel, and the inner lining is removable; the rotating large gear is processed by casting hobbing; the cylinder is inlaid with a wear-resistant lining plate, which has good wear resistance.
Application scenarios of wet ball mill
Wet ball mills are widely used in the field of production and manufacturing, mainly including the manufacture of cement and ceramics. When making cement, the wet ball mill can mix and grind the raw materials into fine powder, and finally sinter them into cement at high temperature; in the process of manufacturing ceramics, the wet ball mill can make the raw materials finer after wet grinding, and improve the appearance and quality of ceramic products.

The working principle of the wet ball mill is that the motor drives the cylinder to rotate through the reduction device. When the cylinder rotates, the crushed ore and steel balls in the cylinder are carried to a certain height by the liner due to friction and centrifugal force, and then fall down due to gravity. The ore is gradually crushed under the impact and grinding. The crushed ore is discharged from the cylinder through the discharge part.
