Equipped with a 4000-8000 kN hydraulic system, this press compacts steel and iron chips into dense briquettes with a density of ≥ 6.0 g/cm³. Melting loss is reduced to below 3%, significantly increasing scrap value for recyclers and foundries.

Featuring a Siemens or Mitsubishi PLC touchscreen control system, the machine automatically handles feeding, pre-pressing, main compression, and ejection. No skilled technician is required, saving labor costs while ensuring consistent output.

The main frame is constructed from Q345B thickened steel plates, stress-relieved through aging treatment. Key hydraulic components are sourced from Rexroth or Yuken, guaranteeing reliable performance under the toughest production schedules.

Supports quick-change molds with diameters from 60 mm to 200 mm. The same machine can process iron chips, steel turnings, stainless steel borings, and more- offering true multi-material versatility.
