Product description
  • The ZDSPJ800 Truck Mounted Drilling Rig adopts advanced mud circulation drilling technology, delivering excellent performance in large-diameter water well and geothermal drilling projects. The mud system effectively stabilizes borehole walls, cools the drill bit, and removes cuttings efficiently, ensuring reliable operation in sand, gravel, clay, and mixed formations. The ZDSPJ series can be customized for various project requirements. Optional truck-mounted, crawler, and trailer-mounted versions provide flexible transportation solutions for different working conditions.
  • The ZDSPJ800 well drilling machine uses reinforced transmission structure to offer stable penetration capacity for gravel and soft rock formations. The circulating mud system realizes three core functions: hole wall support, bit cooling and debris removal. The whole machine is compactly arranged with reasonable space layout, convenient for daily inspection and maintenance. Multiple transport auxiliary schemes are optional to meet flat land, hills and other complex terrain transfer requirements.
  • The ZDSPJ800 series vehicle-mounted drilling equipment supports flexible matching of mud rotary drilling technique. Its matched large-volume mud tank reduces frequent slurry refilling during continuous operation. All core hydraulic parts adopt standard quality accessories to reduce failure rate and extend overall service life. Customers can choose different auxiliary accessories according to site conditions, including walking auxiliary wheels and slag separation devices. It is widely applied in residential wells, irrigation wells and ground source heat borehole projects.
