    It works well for medium hard and brittle materials such as limestone, bluestone, coal, coal gangue. Not recommended for high hard stone like granite and basalt, which will cause fast wear of hammer heads.

    Output size depends on bottom screen /grate bar. Replace screens with different apertures to get different finished particle sizes, smaller screen holes give finer output.

    We send a set of quick wear spare parts including several spare hammer heads, screen plates, V belts and sealing parts together with the machine.

    Wet and sticky materials will block screen gaps. Keep material moisture below 15%. Clean screen grate bars regularly to avoid blockage.

    Hammer head service life depends on material hardness and working hours. High manganese casting hammers last 300 to1000 working hours. We supply high manganese and high chrome casting hammer spare parts for option.
