  • Molybdenum disulfide lithium based grease is a high-performance lubricating material composed of solid lubricant (molybdenum disulfide) and lithium based grease. It perfectly combines the excellent basic performance of lithium grease with the strong anti-wear ability of molybdenum disulfide. The main advantages include
  • Excellent extreme pressure and anti-wear properties: molybdenum disulfide molecules can form a tough solid lubricating film on the metal surface, effectively preventing metal contact under heavy load, high pressure, and impact load, significantly reducing the friction coefficient.
  • Excellent water and rust resistance: It has good mechanical stability and water erosion resistance, is not easily emulsified and lost in humid environments, and can provide long-term rust protection for mechanical surfaces.
  • Excellent adaptability to high and low temperatures: It has a wide working temperature range (generally from -20 ℃ to 120 ℃, and some formulations can reach -40 ℃ to 200 ℃), is not easily lost or decomposed at high temperatures, and is not easily hardened at low temperatures.
  • Long term antioxidant stability: lithium based thickener has good anti-aging performance, which can effectively extend the replacement cycle of grease and the service life of equipment.
