Product details

This gas generator set can run stably on various gaseous fuels including natural gas, biogas, LPG and coal bed methane, and it is equipped with CHP cogeneration system to recycle waste heat for greatly improved overall energy efficiency.

It is fitted with high-quality brushless synchronous alternator with IP23 protection grade, featuring automatic voltage adjustment to deliver constant and reliable three-phase 400V power under long-term continuous operation.

Compared with same-power diesel generating equipment, this unit has far lower daily operation cost thanks to optimized gas combustion structure and well-controlled fuel consumption.

The engine achieves full fuel combustion to cut harmful exhaust emissions, and its operating noise is obviously lower than diesel generators, meeting strict international environmental standards.

Three structural versions (open frame, silent canopy, container type) are available to match indoor power stations, outdoor engineering projects and remote mining sites with different installation environments.

The whole machine adopts integrated shock-absorbing base frame, which reduces vibration effectively and simplifies on-site positioning and installation work without complicated foundation construction.

The intelligent control cabinet comes with complete safety protection functions such as overload, low pressure and water shortage protection, and supports parallel connection of multiple units to build large-scale power plants.

All core components are durable with extended maintenance intervals; we provide factory direct supply and full set of spare parts to guarantee convenient after-sales service for overseas customers.
