For alluvial gold, the gold trommel, centrifugal concentrator, sluice box, shaking table are always involved.

General Flow description Placer Gold Recovery Machine

Step 1. Wash & Remove useless gravels by trommel

Step 2. Enrich the heavy minerals by centrifugal concentrator and sluice box

Step 3. Upgrade the enriched gold concentrates by shaking tables (roughing & cleaning)

Step 4. Amalgam the gold concentrates of shaking table by amalgamator to recover the free gold.

Step 5. Smelt the free gold sands into gold bar by gold melting furnace after separating the mercury from the gold sands.
