    The machine features a complete knockdown modular design. This allows the entire trommel screen to be disassembled and loaded directly into a standard 40ft HQ containers and 20ft GP containers according to different models we produced.

    The GMTS1555 features an advanced scrubber section at the front end of the drum. This section is designed with a mesh free drum equipped with high manganese steel lifters. It aggressively cuts and breaks down heavy clay blocks into slurry before screening, completely preventing clay blockages and gold loss.

    Yes, the machine is built on a heavy duty steel chassis and can be configured as crawler mounted or equipped with heavy duty off road wheels and a towing bar. This rugged design ensures superior mobility across muddy mining concessions.

    The recovery system uses specialized gold sluice boxes equipped with high performance gold recovery mats. The trommel maintains a steady and optimized material flow which prevents the mats from packing or compacting. This continuous washing action keeps the gold recovery carpets active, achieving a recovery rate of over 90 percent.

    The heavy duty feed hopper is constructed from high strength structural steel reinforced with thick impact plates. It is equipped with an integrated grizzly bar screen that pre screens and rejects oversized rocks before they enter the scrubber, protecting the trommel drum from damage.

    We offer multiple power configurations including an onboard diesel generator set or a direct electric drive option. The integrated diesel generator system is housed in a weather proof sound attenuated enclosure, providing a turnkey power solution that is ideal for remote off grid mining concessions.
