ZFQ Type Fuel Gas Steam Generator requires no complex registration, periodic inspection or certified operators. Water volume below 30L classifies it as exempt, cutting approval procedures and labor costs. It is factory assembled and skid mounted. You only need to connect power, water and fuel (diesel, gas, LPG). No special boiler room is required, and the unit can start up in hours. It features a standout 3-minute fast steam production.

It can reach full pressure saturated steam above 170°C from cold start, versus 30-60 minutes for conventional boilers. It is ideal for intermittent loads, peak demands and instant steam applications: garment pressing, food cooking, sterilization, concrete curing, pharmaceutical processes. Equipped with original imported burners (Riello, Baltur, Weishaupt) and multi-tubular heat exchangers, it delivers uniform heating with over 92% thermal efficiency and dry, clean high-temperature steam. It has a 7-inch color touchscreen, one-button start, auto water level control, load-based firing and multi-level safety protections.

These protections include over pressure, low water, flame failure and overheat, with alarms and safe shutdown functions. No attendant is needed. We provide comprehensive services: free pre-sales system design, boiler room layout and CAD drawings. We offer 24/7 live production tracking, genuine spare parts, and optional overseas engineer installation and training. A 12-month warranty and lifetime technical support are provided for all units. OEM and ODM customization are available for voltage, fuel type, color and multilingual interface. All units carry EAC, ISO and patent certifications. Normally the boiler is designed for 20 years life span, but with right operation and good maintenance,the boiler can be used for 20-25 years.
