    First ensure the oven is used in a well ventilated environment and avoid closing the air outlet second strictly control the baking temperature below the flash point of the materials and shorten the single baking time appropriately third do not stack flammable materials too densely in the cavity fourth keep fire fighting equipment nearby and stop using the oven immediately if abnormal odor or smoke is found.

    Our industrial ovens are equipped with a dual side air circulation system and multi point temperature detection probes to realize 360° hot air circulation inside the cavity. In addition placing materials evenly on the baking tray with proper spacing between trays can further improve the uniformity of heating and avoid local overheating or insufficient drying of materials.

    First clean the inner cavity and air outlet of the oven after each use to remove material residues second check the sealing strip and heating tube monthly for damage and replace them in time third clean the dust filter net of the air circulation system every 3 months to ensure air flow fourth calibrate the temperature sensor every 6 months to guarantee temperature accuracy.

    Baking time is mainly adjusted based on material properties moisture content and batch weight. For materials with high moisture content 15% to 20% appropriately extend the baking time for low moisture and small batch materials shorten the time accordingly. It is recommended to do a small sample test first to confirm the optimal baking time.

    The standard temperature range of our industrial oven is 50℃ to 250℃ which can be adjusted steplessly according to different material drying and heating requirements and the temperature control precision is ±1℃.
