Product details

This extrusion line is designed to produce PVC fiber reinforced hose, the wall of which is three layers, the outer layer and the inner layer both are soft PVC hose, the middle layer is Terylene fiber network, which has good chemical and physical properties. It is mainly used for the transfer of oil, air, water, high-pressure or corrosive gas, chemical, agricultural irrigation, and building. This equipment is suitable for the production of PVC fiber reinforced hose, also known as PVC fiber reinforced pipe, PVC woven reinforcing yarn tube, PVC mesh tube, PVC fiber tube, PVC hose, PVC plastic snake skin tube.

A set of production lines, matched with different molds, can produce a variety of pipes, saving production costs and improving production efficiency.

Made of soft PVC, smooth inner wall, good corrosion resistance and sealing, mainly used for conveying fluids (water, air, chemical liquids, etc.), while ensuring smooth flow of media in the tube.

Applications: Irrigation, pesticide spraying, farm water supply. Home garden watering, car washing equipment connection, temporary water supply for construction, can also be used as a fire hose, gas hose, etc.
