Highlights at a glance

  • Working pressure is the second dimension. Custom working pressures from 7 bar to 13 bar cover the complete industrial pressure range. At 7 bar the machine serves general workshop air tools and spraying equipment with lower energy cost. At 8 to 10 bar, the most common industrial range, it drives packaging machines, assembly tools and production equipment with stable delivery. At 11 to 13 bar it supports higher pressure processes such as blowing, cleaning and special production applications where higher pressure is specified. Our engineers help you match the pressure setting to the actual application, because setting the pressure higher than needed wastes energy for the lifetime of the machine, while setting it too low causes production problems. The control parameters are calibrated against the air end performance curve and verified during the factory test, so the machine delivers exactly the pressure range you specified.
  • The customization process is managed with the same discipline as production. It starts with a requirements discussion where our engineers confirm the voltage, frequency, pressure, tank configuration, control language, logo, model plate and paint color with you. We then confirm the specification in writing, produce a sample unit for your approval, and move to batch production only after you are satisfied with the result. During mass production, every unit is built against the same confirmed specification and subjected to the same inspection and full load test, so the sample you approved is the standard every production unit meets. We keep you updated on production progress and delivery dates, and any issue is reported directly instead of being discovered at the port. This sample based workflow has proven itself with distributors on several continents, because it removes guesswork on both sides and protects your investment.
