  • Firstly, our Polyurethane (PU) coated fiberglass fabric, PU coated glass fiber fabric, and Glass fiber fabric with PU coating feature excellent high-temperature resistance and flame retardancy. The E-glass base fabric withstands up to 550℃, while the PU coating resists 260℃ long-term and 600℃ instantaneously.
  • Secondly, the dual-layer structure combines fiberglass strength with PU flexibility and protection. The fiberglass base ensures high tensile/tear strength, while the PU coating enhances abrasion, chemical and waterproof performance. Our pu coated fiberglass cloth and PU coated glass fiber fabric resist oil, acid, alkali and most industrial chemicals; the PU barrier prevents water penetration, suitable for outdoor/marine/humid environments. Unlike brittle uncoated fabrics, our Glass fiber fabric with PU coating is soft, easy to cut, sew and install, adapting to pipe insulation, duct connectors and marine upholstery.
  • Thirdly, we offer comprehensive customization for all four products: width (1m-2m or customized), color (silver gray, black, etc.). Choose single-sided (cost-effective for indoor use) or double-sided (full protection for outdoor/harsh environments) PU coating.
