Working Principle
1. Feeding & Soaking – Sand-water mixture enters the tank evenly and soaks fully under wheel rotation, initially separating clay and impurities.
2. Stirring & High-pressure Washing – The rotating wheel drives sand to tumble and rub violently, while high-pressure water jets from multiple angles thoroughly clean the sand surface.
3. Lifting & Dewatering – Clean sand is lifted by wheel blades to the discharge port, naturally dewatering during lifting. Water drains through sieve holes, significantly reducing sand moisture.
4. Fine Sand Recovery – Wastewater flows into the sedimentation tank through overflow weirs. Fine sand settles and is sent back to the washing system by the recovery device, maximizing fine sand utilization.

1. Wheel Assembly System – High manganese steel blades, thickened walls and replaceable wear liners. Service life >5,000 hours under harsh conditions.
