Hydraulic automatic hand stone splitter splitting tools

Working principle of hydraulic split rod

It is composed of one cylinder with 6-10 pistons, many seals and several high-pressure tubing. It is divided into an oil intake pipe and a return oil pipe. The piston of the hydraulic broken rod protrudes out when the oil is fed, which is a working process, that is, the time when the rock breaks. Its power source is hydraulic oil transmitted by hydraulic power station through tubing, it can reach 100 mps, theoretical splitting force is 1500 t, and a power station can be equipped with a maximum of 15 pcs of tubes.
