The dryer is mainly used for drying materials with certain humidity or particle size in the mining, building materials, metallurgy, and chemical industries. The rotary dryer has strong adaptability to materials and can dry various materials. Applicable Materials
The rotary dryer can dry various moisture-containing materials, such as ore, slag, coal, coal slime, metal powder, clay, diatomite, kaolin, bentonite, sawdust, river sand, fly ash, various crystals, light calcium carbonate, activated clay, magnetic powder, graphite, inorganic mud, clay, lime slurry, ore mud, phosphate slag, aluminum plant red mud.
Product Structure
The drying drum of the drying equipment is mainly composed of a rotating body, lifting plates, transmission device, support device, and sealing ring.

1. Large processing capacity: Maximum drying output can reach 76 t/h. It consumes less fuel, and particle size and moisture are controllable.
2. High thermal efficiency: Achieves up to 80% thermal efficiency with high-temperature flue gas, resulting in high evaporation intensity.
3. Strong drying capacity: The new internal structure eliminates the adhesion of materials to the inner wall of the drum, making it more adaptable to material moisture and viscosity.
4. Low wear and power consumption: The adjustable tug structure reduces wear and power consumption. It overcomes traditional dryer issues, reducing coal consumption by about 20%.
5. Long service life: The use of advanced alloy steel plate increases wear resistance, extending service life by over 3 times.
6. Zero pollution: The dryer has good sealing and is equipped with high-quality dust removal equipment, effectively controlling dust pollution.
The material to be dried enters the drum from the feed box and chute, and is then pushed towards the rear by the spiral lifting plate. Due to the inclined placement of the dryer, the material flows towards the rear under the action of gravity and rotation, while being repeatedly lifted and scattered by the copy board, forming a uniform curtain in the drum. This allows for efficient heat exchange with the hot air flow inside the drum, gradually drying the material as it is repeatedly scattered, thus achieving the purpose of drying.
