Product description
  • Small vertical models with a capacity of 0.5 tons or less have water volumes that meet the exemption standards, and do not need annual boiler inspections, saving inspection costs and complicated procedures.
  • Agricultural and forestry residues are readily available, with abundant supply, not affected by increases in natural gas, electricity, or fuel prices, making long-term production more cost-effective.
  • Vertical upright structure, occupying only 1/3 of the area of horizontal equipment. It can be placed in small factories, shops, small workshops, and food workshops, with flexible installation and no need for large-scale infrastructure.
  • Layered combustion design, produces little ash, equipped with a bottom ash collection box, easy to clean waste residue, reducing the frequency of daily maintenance.
  • Vertical water-tube and fire-tube composite heat exchange structure, with sufficient heating area, overall thermal efficiency ≥92%, low heat loss, and more efficient use of granular fuel for the same steam output.
