Product description
  • 3rd generation continuous rotary drum carbonization furnace is upgraded model with in- direct heating system
  • It equipped with individual Calcining compartment, recycled gas will become hot airflow return to heating chamber to heat up the furnace.
  • Meanwhile drum will made by stainless steel, 304, 310S optional.
  • The high-temperature combustion chamber of the main engine uses a hot channel method to allow the combustible flue gas to burn evenly, and maintains the carbonization temperature of the main engine barrel through thermal radiation.
  • The secondary combustion chamber burns the excess flue gas at high temperature and then transports it to the multi-tube cooler for the next cooling process.
