Working Principle
Core Components
Grinding Assembly (Host) – Most critical part, consisting of grinding ring, roller assembly, plum blossom frame, and main shaft. With high-pressure spring, it performs the actual crushing and grinding.
Classifier (Analyzer) – Key grading component (vane or cage rotor). Adjusting its rotation speed controls finished powder fineness (80-325 mesh). High-Pressure Spring Device – Provides additional grinding pressure to the roller, increasing capacity and crushing efficiency. Transmission System – Main motor, reducer, drive shaft, and gears.
