It is 100% factory-assembled and pre-tested, requiring only simple connections to water, power and fuel to operate, delivering cold start to full rated pressure in just 3 minutes compared to 30-60 minutes for traditional boilers, and achieving over 93% thermal efficiency to cut fuel consumption by 15-20%. Equipped with a 7-inch intelligent touch screen controller featuring one-key start, automatic water feeding, load adjustment and fault diagnosis, it also has 9-layer interlock protection against overpressure, low water level, flameout and overheating to ensure safe unattended operation.

Built with original imported Riello/Baltur burners that provide 99.5% combustion efficiency and ultra-low NOx emissions ≤30mg/Nm³, and adopting an advanced vertical 2-pass fire tube plus 3-pass economizer structure, it delivers uniform heating and 98%+ dry steam, making it ideal for food, textile, chemical and pharmaceutical industries. We provide comprehensive global services including free customized system solutions, boiler room layout and CAD technical drawings pre-sales, 24/7 online support, real-time production tracking and on-time delivery guarantee in-sales, as well as genuine spare parts supply, overseas engineer installation & training, 1-year warranty plus lifetime technical support after-sales. Normally the boiler is designed for 20 years life span, but with right operation and good maintenance,the boiler can be used for 20-25 years.
