  • QGW series shot blasting machine for the inner and outer walls of steel pipes is used for surface treatment. It removes oxide scale and welding slag, restores a bright metallic luster, and increases the surface area, which is beneficial for UV curing applications. This machine is widely used in industries such as petroleum and chemical engineering, steel manufacturing, urban central heating, central drainage, and others. As an integrated steel pipe surface cleaning equipment, the steel pipe shot blasting machine / outer wall shot blasting machine cleans the external surface of steel pipes through high-speed projectile blasting, while the internal surface is treated by internal shot blasting to eliminate oxides This equipment utilizes shot blasting and shot peening technologies to achieve surface cleaning and strengthening, improving the fatigue strength of workpieces and the adhesion of anti-corrosion coatings. It employs a through-type roller conveyor system, allowing workpieces to move and rotate continuously for processing. The control system integrates PLC programming and shot flow regulation functions. After processing, the steel pipe surface cleanliness can reach Sa2.5 level,The equipment can be designed with an automatic loading and unloading system. It is suitable for various types of steel pipes and supports customized production.
  • Core Applications: Primarily used to remove oxide scale, rust, and welding residue from the inner and outer walls of steel pipes. Widely used in industrial fields such as oil pipelines, chemical equipment, and wind turbine towers.
  • Treatment Effects: After shot blasting, the surface cleanliness of the steel pipe can reach Sa2.5-Sa3 level, with a surface roughness controlled between 30-75 micrometers, significantly enhancing coating adhesion and corrosion resistance.
