Wear & Corrosion Resistant Performance: Key over-current parts including impeller, liner plate and volute are made of high chromium alloy cast iron, featuring ultra-high hardness and excellent abrasion resistance. Perfectly cope with solid particle mixed slurry, mineral slag, gravel and other harsh medium conveying. Custom rubber lined wet end optional for chemical corrosive liquid, alkaline slurry and acid mixed medium transport, extend service life greatly compared with ordinary pumps.

Stable Hydraulic & Operational Performance: Wide flow head range, support adjustable working condition to match different site delivery demands. Low noise and low energy consumption design, meet long-term continuous industrial running requirement. Reliable shaft seal structure adopts multiple sealing forms including packing seal and mechanical seal, effectively prevent slurry leakage, ensure clean working environment and reduce medium waste. Stable bearing assembly ensures smooth rotation, lower failure rate and longer continuous working hours.

Wide Application Scenarios: Widely used in mining industry for ore slurry transportation, coal industry for coal ash slurry conveying, metallurgy plant for slag waste liquid discharge.
