    Yes, we support full-process customization services, including brand logo printing and exclusive carton design & customization, which fit customers' brand promotion needs with no extra customization thresholds (only meeting the minimum order quantity requirement)

    With 15 years of experience in R&D and production of water purification equipment, we have 5 professional production lines with an annual output of up to 150,000 units, realizing independent control of the entire industrial chain from R&D, injection molding, assembly to production. Each product undergoes strict quality inspection before leaving the factory, with stable and reliable quality, complying with relevant industry standards.

    The customization cycle for conventional styles is 7-15 working days, and for complex functions (such as special filtration processes, non-standard sizes) is 15-30 working days. The specific cycle can be negotiated according to the details of customization needs, and we will synchronize the progress to customers throughout the process.

    The minimum order quantity (MOQ) for regular in-stock products is 10 units, and for customized products is 100 units. Bulk purchase orders can enjoy tiered discounts, and specific preferential policies can be negotiated with business specialists.

    We support a variety of payment methods. For domestic orders, we accept corporate-to-corporate transfer, Alipay, and

    Filters need to be replaced regularly to ensure water purification effect. Different types of filters have different replacement cycles: PP cotton filter for 3-6 months, activated carbon filter for 6-12 months, RO reverse osmosis filter for 2-3 years. The specific replacement cycle can be appropriately adjusted according to water quality and usage frequency; we will remind customers of the replacement time and provide original factory filters to ensure stable water purification quality.

    All products have a 1-year warranty period. The warranty scope covers core components (excluding filters, which have a 6-month warranty as consumables), the main body, motors, etc., for fault repair and component replacement due to non-human damage. During the warranty period, free maintenance services and replacement parts are provided, with no labor or component fees charged.
