Highlights at a glance

  • Welded steel plate construction with center line / concentric disc design provides compact structure, lightweight, easy installation, low flow resistance, and large flow capacity for ventilation systems in metallurgy, power generation, chemical, and building materials industries.
  • Carbon steel body withstands temperatures from -40°C up to +450°C. Stainless steel body (P version) handles temperatures above +450°C up to 600°C for high temperature flue gas applications. Expansion gap design prevents thermal expansion jamming.
  • Metal-to-metal sealing between disc and valve body, with a slight leakage rate (less than 1.5%). Designed specifically for gas media where 100% bubble-tight shut-off is not required, such as ventilation, exhaust, and dust-laden gas systems.
  • Electric actuator with on-off or modulating type (4-20mA / 0-10V input signal) enables automatic flow regulation and remote operation. AT series actuator features reliable operation and IP67 protection.
  • Designed for large-diameter gas pipelines (DN50 to DN2000+), suitable for hot air, cold air, flue gas, dusty gas, exhaust gas, and ventilation media in environmental protection, dust removal, steel plants, cement, glass, and HVAC systems.
