  • The Rotary Drum Stone Washer is a heavy-duty stone washing machine designed for cleaning and scrubbing stones, gravel, aggregates, ores, and other bulk materials. The rotating drum creates a continuous tumbling and scrubbing action, while water washes away clay, mud, soil, dust, and other surface impurities.
  • The machine is widely used in mining, quarrying, aggregate production, sand and gravel processing, construction material production, and mineral processing. It is especially suitable for materials with high levels of clay, mud, and sticky impurities.
  • The material enters the inclined rotary drum through the feeding inlet. Driven by the motor and transmission system, the drum rotates continuously. Internal lifting plates or wear-resistant liners lift and drop the material repeatedly, creating strong mechanical scrubbing and washing action.
  • Water sprays or flushing water help remove impurities, while the cleaned material is discharged from the outlet.
