Process: heated filling - rapid cooling and solidifying - press capping. Speed 3000-6000 bottles/hour, accuracy ±0.5-1%, filling range 50-500ml (customizable). Constructed of SUS304/316 stainless steel, Siemens PLC + touch screen. Constant-temperature pipelines and filling heads keep product liquid during filling. Multi-zone cooling tunnel ensures uniform solidification. Used in cosmetic, food, daily chemical industries.

    Heated filling keeps the product liquid during filling, ensuring smooth and accurate metering. The cooling tunnel uses multi-zone temperature control and multi-lane conveying to rapidly and uniformly solidify the product without damaging its structure, ensuring stable final product form.

    Filling accuracy is ±0.5-1%. The 12-head servo-driven heated piston filler with high-precision cylinder ensures consistent weight per bottle.

    Standard capacity is 3,000-6,000 bottles/hour (45-70 bottles/min), depending on filling volume, product characteristics, and cooling time. Speed is adjustable via touch screen.

    Yes. Standard range is 50-500ml. Larger or smaller volumes can be customized.

    No major parts replacement needed. Recall recipes on touch screen to adjust filling volume, temperature, speed, etc., plus manual adjustment of conveyor width and capping head height. Changeover takes 15-30 minutes.

    Yes. The cooling tunnel has multiple independent temperature zones (pre-heat, constant, cooling) and an imported inverter for stepless speed adjustment, ensuring uniform solidification and preventing glass breakage from thermal shock.
