High efficiency and energy saving: thermal efficiency > 85%; the heat transfer coefficient of the threaded flue is about 1.8 times higher than that of the plain flue; it is self-cleaning and does not clog; the furnace is large, combustion is complete, and the exhaust gas temperature is low (<160℃)

Safe and durable: The arched tube sheet solves the common problem of cracking in traditional tube sheets; there is no dead water zone at the bottom of the boiler drum, preventing bulging and scaling; water circulation is reliable, and the water-cooled walls provide sufficient cooling; the scale-type grate ensures no coal leakage, stable operation, and long service life.

Fully automatic and easy to maintain: stepless grate speed regulation, automatic feeding and slag removal; multiple protections for water level/pressure/over-temperature/flameout; quick installation and small footprint, saving 30%+ on infrastructure; multiple access doors for convenient ash cleaning and maintenance.
