    The furnace adopts a double-cavity fully isolated structure. Flue gas and hot air flow in two totally separate channels without any mixing. The output hot air is completely free of smoke, dust and peculiar smell, and will never contaminate drying materials.

    It supports multiple liquid and gaseous fuels: natural gas, LPG, town gas, diesel, methanol, heavy fuel oil and so on. Equipped with imported low-nitrogen burner for full combustion.

    The outlet temperature can be precisely customized and regulated from 80℃ to 350℃. The unit automatically adjusts combustion power and air ratio based on real-time detected temperature to keep constant heating effect.

    No additional dedusting device is needed. Fuel burns fully with little waste gas and particulate matter. Besides, flue gas never contacts the hot air loop, so the outgoing hot air stays clean all the time.

    Widely used in agricultural product drying, herbal medicine dehydration, food dewatering, wood & board drying, organic fertilizer drying, painting & coating production lines, greenhouse heating, chemical raw material drying, feed processing and other heating & drying working conditions.
