The hammer crusher has transformed our crushing operation with its outstanding performance and reliability. This powerhouse consistently reduces 300mm ore feed to an optimal 5-8mm product size, all while consuming half the energy of our previous crusher. The reversible rotor design has doubled our hammer service life by allowing us to simply flip the hammers when they reach 50% wear. From a safety perspective, we appreciate the mechanical locking system that secures the rotor during maintenance, along with the effective noise reduction housing that keeps operator exposure within safe limits. Maintenance tasks that used to take hours now take minutes thanks to the hydraulic opening mechanism and laser-aligned hammers that eliminate vibration issues....Show all
