  • The HARRIS 0 phosphorus-copper welding rod: It is a low-cost welding alloy that can be used for copper-to-copper welding where there are no strict requirements for welding temperature and the device can control the temperature.
  • Product composition: Copper (Cu) - 92.9%; Phosphorus (P) - 7.1%
  • Execution standard (AWSA5.8): BCuP-2
  • Temperature: 710℃ - 802℃
  • Product Specifications: 050" x 1/8" x 18" (1.3 x 3.2 x 457mm) or diameter 3/32" x 20" (2.3 x 508mm)
  • Product Packaging: 1 box / 25 pounds / 11.34 kilograms
  • Applicable to: Self-bonding welding with copper-copper flame, high-frequency, widely used in low-pressure condensation, oxygen supply, water supply pipelines and power line joint connections with low requirements. Due to its high quality and good cost-effectiveness, this product is widely used to replace BCu91PAg and BCu89PAg solder in manual welding or automatic mechanical brazing production lines in many enterprises. Even after joint modification, it is used to replace BCu80PAg.
