1.Float steam trap: Continuous large drainage capacity, suitable for heat exchangers, heaters and main heat exchange equipment terminals. 2. Inverted bucket steam trap: Excellent resistance to impurities and water hammer, ideal for boiler steam separators and main pipeline steam drainage. 3. Thermostatic steam trap: Suitable for trace condensate drainage, pipeline tracing and small equipment terminals, with automatic cold air exhaust function at low temperature.

Standard matching configuration: front stop valve + Y-strainer + steam trap + rear stop valve + check valve + bypass valve. Install at the lowest point of the equipment, and reserve a 3‰~5‰ pipeline slope to ensure automatic condensate flow, preventing steam blockage and non-drainage failure.

Purge the pipeline with the valve fully open. Never purge with the valve closed, as pipeline impurities will be clamped on the sealing surface and cause permanent internal leakage. Conduct thermal insulation construction after the completion of high-temperature pipeline installation to avoid condensate water accumulation and water hammer caused by temperature difference.

1. No drainage & cold valve: Filter blockage, pipeline steam blockage, or excessive back pressure at the valve rear; dredge the pipeline and reduce system back pressure. 2. Continuous steam leakage & hot valve: Valve disc wear and perforation or inverted bucket damage; replace the trap inner parts or the whole valve.

1. The valve is in half-open throttling state (common for gate valves); adjust to full open or full closed state. 2.Too fast opening/closing speed; install a slow-opening device. 3. Excessive condensate in the pipeline; add terminal steam traps and buffer tanks for the pipeline system.
